By accessing and using this website (echonixus.com) and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using our specific services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. 2. Services Overview

Echonixus is a full-service web design, UX/UI, and branding agency. The specific terms of our deliverables, timelines, and compensation for custom agency projects will be outlined in a separate, mutually signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Client Services Agreement prior to the commencement of any project.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated in a final service agreement, Echonixus retains all intellectual property rights for the code, design, and assets created until final payment has been received. Upon completion and final payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, subject to the specific terms outlined in our individual project contracts.

4. Limitation of Liability

Echonixus and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; or any conduct or content of any third party on the services.

5. User Responsibility

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, including, without limitation, accessing data not intended for you, attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network, or attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the website.
